Queen Maxima of the Netherlands officially opened three new operating rooms in the Medical Innovation & Technology expert Center (MITeC) at Radboudumc (Radboud University) in Nijmegen.
The Queen wore a Natan dress , Fabienne Delvigne hat and clutch from Namu Lux.
